The arrangement is gorgeous and the colors are lovely. It’s much smaller than I hoped. Thats no fault to this vendor. They provided measurements but a pic of it with something next to it for scale would be helpful for potential buyers. It’s adorning my dining room table. Thank you!

Smaller than pictured, does not look like picture. Not satisfied but since I did not save original packaging and unwilling to pay 20% restocking fee I will put it in my closet. Lessened learned read small pro and return policy before purchasing.

RETURNS POLICY
1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s).
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship back within: 7 days of delivery
2. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Flovery™ will refund only the product cost as store credit after 20% restocking fee excluding shipping cost. We won't be able to return the amount back to your original payment method.
3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).
4. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Items in Clearance collection
SHIPPING
Normal purchase through Flovery™'s shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. The exception will be items that are either "Made-to-order" or "Custom". Those could go up to several weeks, depending on the requirements and communication.
Shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you provide your address at checkout. If customers provide wrong address or the package is returned to us due to missing signature, customers will be responsible for additional cost of re-shipping.
